Guide for Sellers

The seller account:

Your seller account includes all the tools you need to create and manage products. Moreover, you can view or modify your personal information and statistics.

In the following, we will give you a short guide for creating and managing new products

How do I create a new product:

1. Upload a video file

Please open the folder "Manage Downloads".
Select the "Insert" Button to upload a video.
Click on the "Upload" button to select a file and upload it from your PC.
Drag-n-Drop is also possible. Click a file on your PC and move the file into the field with the "Upload" button.
After a successful upload, let the fields "File Name" and "Download name" unchanged. However, please set the value "Total Downloads Allowed" to "100".
Please click on the blue "Save" button!

2. Multi-upload of video files

Please open the folder "Manage Downloads".
Select the "Multi Upload" button now.
Click on the button "Upload Files" to select and upload one or more files from your PC.
Drag-n-Drop is also possible to simply click on a file on the PC and move it in the box with the button "Upload Files".
You can upload in this way as many files at the same time as you want or as allowed by your internet connection. With multi-upload the videos are automatically saved after a successful upload, and also the number of "Total Downloads Allowed" is entered automatically.
After the completion of all download please click on the blue button "Close"

In the folder "Manage Downloads" you can find the complete list of your downloads now. You can edit or delete if necessary. Please note that you only delete the downloads that are not already connected to an activated product!

3. Create products

3.1. Create a product For a video In 1 resolution

In the product manager you will find the following sample product: "Sample product for video in 1 resolution - please copy and edit"

This is a sample product if you want to sell a video in only 1 resolution. Please copy this product and change the relevant texts, price, data, kategories and images(500x290) for your video. Please upload images in .jpg format only, animated Gif's will not accepted.

In the tab "Data", enter a continuous filename, e.g. "sample-0001". then enter a price, e.g. "5" or "5.5". Next, please upload the main picture for your product. Finally, set the status to "enabled".
In the tab "Links", select all relevant categories. Then just delete the "sample-video" and click the button "UPLOAD FILES" to upload your video. Please do not close this tab before the upload is finished.
In the tab "Attributes", please edit the video length, the video resolution and the file size.
The tab "Options" is not required.
Please upload your additional pictures in the tab "Additional Images".

Important: If all the required tabs are filled, click on the "SAVE" button at the bottom right to save your entries.

3.2. Create a product for a video In 2 resolutions

Important: Before you create the product, you must have uploaded all related videos via Download Manager.

In the product manager you will find the following sample product: "Sample Product For Video In 2 Resolution - Please copy and edit"

This is a sample product if you want to sell a video in 2 resolutions (Options). For example, you want to offer your video in the resolution 1920x1080 and 1280x720. In this case please copy this product and change the relevant texts, price, data, kategories and images (Size 500x290) for your video. Please upload images in .jpg format only, animated Gif's will not accepted.

In the tab "Data", enter a continuous filename, e.g. "sample-0001". then enter a price, e.g. "5" or "5.5". Next, please upload the main picture for your product. Finally, set the status to "enabled".
In the tab "Links", select all relevant categories. Please ignore "Model" and "Downloads".
In the tab "Attributes", please edit the video length, the video resolution and the file size.
In the tab "Options", please edit the following values: Select an "option value" from the list and then select the corresponding "Download" on the right. Ignore all other details.
Please upload your additional pictures in the tab "Additional Images".

Important: If all the required tabs are filled, click on the "SAVE" button at the bottom right to save your entries.

In the folder "Manage Products" you can now view the entire list of your products, you can edit them, disable, or delete them in this area. New products will be checked by the admin and approved for sale!

4. Create categories

You want to create your own categories? Please open the category manager, click on "New" in the upper right corner and enter the name of the category in German and English. Ignore all other details. Then click the button "Save" in the upper right corner.
